LinkedIn Automation
Our client needed a reliable way to identify and collect relevant business contacts from LinkedIn at scale without exposing users to technical complexity or operational risk. Existing tools were either unreliable, required third-party services, or forced users to work through command-line tools and configuration files that weren’t suitable for business teams.
The solution also had to work across both LinkedIn Basic and Sales Navigator accounts, operate on Windows and macOS, and form the foundation of a broader outbound and research platform, all while prioritizing stability, auditability, and user safety.
Our Solution
We designed and built a locally installed LinkedIn Contact Finder as the first phase of a larger sales intelligence and outreach platform. The application focuses on a single core capability: extracting high-quality contact data directly from LinkedIn search results using controlled, human-like automation.
The tool was built as a business-grade desktop application, requiring no technical knowledge from end users. All automation, account handling, timing controls, and logging are managed internally, allowing users to focus purely on defining their search criteria and reviewing results.
For the second stage, we developed an intuitive workflow builder, that allowed drag and drop building of outreach workflows. Users extracted from the contact finder could then be ran against the workflows to begin outreach automation.
Results & Impact
As contacts are identified, results appear instantly in a clean, table-based interface. Users can:
- Select individual or multiple contacts
- Copy results to the clipboard
- Export data to CSV with clear column headers
- Import users into outreach workflows
Only data visible on the LinkedIn search results page is collected, no profile pages are accessed.
This solution allows users to very quickly identify contacts they should be in contact with, and automate the connection, and messaging.
